When it comes to BIOS, I strongly advice to use any other application released on the Internet. You have to use ONLY the software released by the manufacturer of your motherboard else your computer might get permanently damaged.
Firstly, visit the manufacturer's website and locate the motherboard you have and the corresponding downloads for BIOS files, then search for something else, but even so, avoid using 3rd party apps if they're not released by the motherboard manufacturers.
